When rented separately the apartment is private and doesn’t have access to the villa pool or garden area. When rented together the apartment will have a key with access to the villa grounds. We are happy to be as involved or as uninvolved as our guests requires four our Exclusive Villa. Guests are always welcome to engage with us if needed. You will be welcomed at the house on your arrival and shown around. Lavinia can assist with any villa requirements such as Chef onsite, pre-arrival shopping, restaurants tips and bookings, tours, activities & transport. Lavinia speaks fluent English, Dutch, Flemish and French. Once your accommodation booking is confirmed, Lavinia can coordinate with you directly via email to create the perfect itinerary for your holiday.

Housekeeping & Babysitting
Villa Maxima 8 comes equipped with complimentary housekeeping twice a week, and Garden & pool service. We can also arrange for babysitting services at an additional fee.

Pool & Outside Entertainment
A generous terrace leads to the large 9.5 X 4.5 meter (1.8m deep) swimming pool and garden. The pool terrace is comfortably furnished with loungers and sofas where guests can enjoy 180 degree sea and mountain views from the outside entertainment area, outdoor dining & lounge with a gas BBQ grill.
