Villa Adara is a stunning modern masterpiece, spread across three bright, airy levels and perfectly located on the slopes above Camps Bay. The top floor entrance welcomes guests with a sophisticated cocktail lounge, offering sweeping views of Camps Bay.

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with en-suite bathroom; towels and bathroom amenities provided. Bedroom 2: King-sized bed (can be separated into two singles) plus an additional single bed, with en-suite bathroom; towels and bathroom amenities provided.
Bedroom 3: King-sized bed with en-suite bathroom; towels and bathroom amenities provided.
Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed (no en-suite bathroom); a bathroom across the hallway is allocated to this room; towels and bathroom amenities provided.
Bedroom 5: King-sized bed (can be separated into two singles) with en-suite bathroom; towels and bathroom amenities provided.

HouseKeeping & Babysitter
Villa Adara offers complimentary housekeeping from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Additionally, we can arrange babysitting services upon request for an additional fee.

Pool & Outside Entertainment
The villa features a spacious swimming pool, an expansive outdoor entertainment area, and a stylish outdoor dining and lounge space, complete with a gas BBQ grill.

THE SPACE
The stunning master suite is situated to the right of the cocktail lounge, while a second ensuite bedroom with its own private balcony lies to the left.

A sleek floating stainless steel staircase leads to the second level, where an open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen. The spacious dining table seats 8, and the living area centers around a gas fireplace, with a large flat-screen TV mounted above. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open to a wraparound terrace with an outdoor dining area and gas BBQ.

A beautiful spiral staircase descends to the third level, home to a second master suite, two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a chic lounge area with another wall-mounted TV, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Each room is meticulously furnished to reflect Adara’s modern elegance. Again, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open to a third terrace, featuring an outdoor lounge area and an infinity pool, all offering breathtaking views of Camps Bay and Lion’s Head. Adara also offers two garages—one on the top level and one on the second level of the villa.

The villa is easily accessible via a single main entrance. Just a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the vibrant Camps Bay village, it’s perfectly located for convenience. The villa is also accessible via the local bus route, and we offer a shuttle service upon request. For your peace of mind, the property includes secure indoor parking for two vehicles, with additional safe outdoor parking available.
