The space
The master and feature bedroom, which takes up the entire top story of the house, has panoramic views of the mountains, ocean and beach. The en-suite bathroom features a bath, shower, double basins and a large his and hers dressing room. The bedroom opens onto its own patio with outside dining and deck chairs. The bottom level of the house features an expansive 15m lap pool next to a deck that flows from the second two bedrooms. Each of these rooms has en-suite bathrooms.

The property features a swimming pool, panoramic views, 2 terraces, air-conditioning, housekeeping, internet and a satellite TV connection. There is secure garage parking for two cars. The villa has 24/7 management support.

The Rocks is within close proximity to the beach and Camps Bay strip of restaurants and shops, the villa is situated in the quiet bottom end of First Crescent. A flight of stairs in the lane next to the villa allows for easy walking access to Camps Bay Drive.

Other details to note
Please be advised that this property has strict rules against parties and loud gatherings. Being respectful of our neighbours is very important to us if we are to be able to continue to let our property. Due to loud gatherings being held despite our house rules, we have set up a noise sensor. We will be notified if the noise sensor picks up +70dB for more than 5 minutes. You will be liable for a fine of R3000 if we get 2 alerts or more in a 48 hour period. Exceeding 5 alerts within a 48 hour period will result in immediate eviction.

The total number of people in the property may not exceed 6 people without written permission from the host.

Please also note that pool cleaning has been arranged for every Monday. You do not have to be home to let them in as they will collect keys before they arrive.

A gardening service is also scheduled after 10 am for the 11th of every month or the Friday before should the 11th fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
