This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular
ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. The villa offers generous living
spaces, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time!
There is a cleverly designed, wind secluded, swimming pool with a terrace for
outdoor dining, a BBQ and a rooftop Jacuzzi with its own separate deck area. The
villa has a secure garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private
lift. We can also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required.

The villa come with a full time housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying
and laundry services to a high standard. (Monday to Friday 09h30 to 4pm).

to the villa, with a fireplace and the Open plan flows onto a dining area and a
beautiful terrace to view Lions Head.

The Kitchen
Kitchen Counter and is fully equipped, including and a hob and oven as well as a
microwave and a coffee machine (modern appliances).
Laundry & Dry Cleaning

There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the utility room. Laundry is
done by the House keeper every second day and is also ironed. Linen and
towels are changed every third day.

Meet & Greet
Exclusive Villa Host will be available to meet and greet you at your arrival. The House
Manager & House keeper know the house best and will be assisting you throughout
your stay.
We can help assist you with a private chef (breakfast, lunch or dinner),
tailor made tours, chauffeur drive, massage and even grocery shopping (before
your arrival) and any other services possible to make your stay
as memorable as we
can, at an additional cost
